Georgia
The best-kept secret in Europe. (Shhh. Too late.)
The honest take
Georgia is what you get when you take ancient mountains, improbable wine, absurdly good food, and a flat 1% business tax and put them all in a country that genuinely doesn't care what visa you hold for the first year. Tbilisi has gone from obscure Caucasian capital to certified digital nomad magnet in about four years, mostly because the cost of living is so low it borders on suspicious and the food is so good it feels like cheating. The bureaucracy is shockingly light, the internet is fast, and the locals have been hospitable to strangers for literally a thousand years as a matter of cultural pride.
